We have also saved money by averting the turnover of key employees and by avoiding possible lawsuits through strong, clear communications of expectations and performance.
Mike has consistently challenged me to think differently by asking great questions and helping me generate an array of possible moves for any given situation. More important, Mike has encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and practice management moves that I might otherwise avoid.
