Some large companies have the luxury of having full time strategic thinkers who help steer the company towards achieving its goals. Arnold Imaging has Mike Grogan. I am faced with the many challenges most small businesses encounter. Mike has been an anchor, offering clarity when situations appear complex. Mike’s strength is in his ability to thoroughly understand where it is that I want to take the business and then form successful strategies for how to get there. We began our coaching by mapping out what our company’s organization, performance and efficiency was at the present time and where I would like it to be in a year. During each coaching session we would work on ways to translate the goals into reality. Piece by piece, with the help of Mike’s brilliant listening skills and intuitive ability to zero in on opportunities for growth, our company is well on its way to achieving our goals. Our revenue has doubled – twice – since Mike started working with us in 2004. Mike’s presence in our company is one of the most successful examples of outsourcing I have ever experienced.
