Mike has been an instrumental part of my development. With his help I have been recognized by the company president as the strongest manager within the organization. One key area of the coaching has been helping me get the right people on the bus in the right seat through the use of performance plans and practices. The result of this work has allowed the company to increase its manufacturing efficiency from 93% to 120%. This translates into increased profitability in the six figures. We have also saved money by averting the turnover of key employees and by avoiding possible lawsuits through strong, clear communications of expectations and performance.
