And most good leaders should not accept an &quot;I&#039;ll try.&quot; There is no commitment to the task. It&#039;s like picking up a glass at 90%. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;That&#039;s the problem. There is no 90%. There is only 0% or 100%. You either pick up the glass or you don&#039;t. That&#039;s what we should require of our referral partners, employees, and children.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Think of your breakfast. With Bacon and Eggs, the chicken was involved while the pig was committed. Be committed. Say yes or no to the time or task, then make plans to excel at that time or task.
